No compensation shall be due for such use, and no identifying personal information will be disclosed without client consent, except where publication standards require limited credit information.
Clients may request restrictions on publication use in writing prior to the event date. Approval of such requests is at the sole discretion of the Company and may be subject to additional fees.
Film Photography Disclaimer
In addition to digital photography, Studio Starling Co. may utilize film photography as part of its artistic services. Film photography involves inherent risks, including but not limited to camera malfunction, light leaks, processing errors, lab handling issues, shipping loss, or damage during development or scanning.
While all reasonable precautions are taken, film images are not guaranteed. The use of film is considered a creative enhancement, and the Company shall not be held liable for the loss, damage, or failure of film images due to circumstances beyond its control.
Film photography is provided as an artistic choice and not as a replacement for digital coverage unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
Third-Party Film Processing & Scanning
Film photographs may be processed and scanned by a professional third-party laboratory. Studio Starling Co. is not responsible for errors, loss, or damage caused by third-party film labs, shipping carriers, or scanning services.
Use of third-party vendors is standard industry practice and does not constitute negligence.
4. Digital Products & Downloads
If this website offers digital products, including but not limited to guides, templates, educational materials, or downloads, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Due to the digital nature of these products, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once access has been delivered.
